Heather Walsh

Heather Walsh has 22 years of pediatric nursing experience and is certified as a pediatric clinical nurse specialist and healthcare simulation educator. She currently manages the Simulation Program at Children’s National Hospital in Washington, DC. Heather has cared for children with complex medical care needs, including tracheostomies and feeding tubes, and is passionate about providing parents and caregivers with the knowledge and skills needed to care for their children at home. She is a second year nursing PhD student at the George Washington University.
